My name is Matt Hartless. I am the Art Director at Consuul and Flex Watches. Previously, I served as an Art Director at Leader Bike—where I designed custom bike frames—and as a Head Designer at Fearless Records.

Between 2003 and 2012, I served as art director and designer at advertising agencies, record labels, and startups in Mammoth Lakes, Los Angeles and San Diego.
